I have used an elliptical for years . However, I am now 61 and needed to tone arms and stomach. This machine does it all and more. Very easy to use and can take at your own pace. Can already see a difference after only 2 weeks. If you have space, a must have!!

it was easy to put together and is easy to use. Only thing is that two of the black plastic end caps were broken no big deal. we use it more due to the quick change from one exercise to the other and the videos are a great help. Doesnt look like it would be a hard work out by looking at it but you do feel it.

I had my first one 17 years and it was in excellent condition but I needed more resistance levels so I gave my old one to my trainer and bought the Fit. It is easier to adjust the levels on the Fit. I was happy with my old one and am sure I will be happy with the Fit. Best pieces of equipment I have ever invented.

Awesome equipment and tons of options for exercises. love it! Only downside is the sliding seat/bench is pretty hard and hurts sometimes and I wish I had access to the app video training as a part of the price of the equipment instead of a monthly charge. Id use them all the time and would make the equipment even better but can't pay a monthly fee in addition to purchase price. Other than that...quality piece of equipment and great workouts!
