we have had our total gym for about a month were enjoying it! what made us decide to purchase it was the convient monthly payments. after ten months we will own it, instead of paying a gym for ten months and owning nothing. our daughter even comes over and loves it! thanks total gym.

I had a Total Gym Supra (lower level model) that I used regularly for well more than a decade. I had been contemplating a TG FIT or XLS for a couple of years due to a health issue, because I wanted more versatility in exercises, and I wanted something a little bigger/sturdier (the glide board is wider, among other enhancements) that will support me for years to come. I bought the FIT and have not regretted the decision! It has 12 levels of “resistance“, which is a nice enhancement over my previous model, and many more exercises to perform with additional attachments my previous model didn’t have. There is so much you can do with this piece of equipment in the comfort of your own home! I know the cost may be prohibitive for some, but I would recommend one of the sturdier models (FIT or XLS) if you can afford it. As I age, I also appreciate the flexibility exercises! It was easy to get up and running right out of the box; my wife and I use our Total Gyms virtually every day and actually look forward to our workouts! It has been a great product for us.

I got the total gym at the begining of the month, I love it it has great varity of exercises, since I started I lost 15lbs I work out every day sometime twice a day, I still have a long way to go because I need to get to my dream weight of 155lbs I started at 215lbs so I got 50lbs more to go and I give myself till June of this year to make my goal.

Bought this product on New Years Day. Had thought about it for a while, but couldn’t pass up the good deal that day. Have been following along with the DVDs included and am already noting a change. Great workouts that are made to get you fit and eliminate fat. So easy to use and move from one exercise to another. Love the cards on the deck as well where the pulley is stored for even more exercises. This is a great product and you will be very glad with your purchase.

I purchased this a month ago and have used it every day. Perfect for a preworkout warm up and for getting that pumped look like after a hard workout. Forces you to focus on proper form and really works those small, often forgotten, stabilizing muscles. I use it mainly to warm up before hitting the gym but also use for my complete workout. Glides through the different exercises without resting and your workout will last 30 minutes, tops, using the right resistance.

My wife and I are in our later 60s. My wife just got a total knee replacement and this was a less costly version of what the physical therapist uses. It has worked out great in rehabbing her new knee. I wanted a piece of equipment to get both of our bodies toned and into better shape since we cannot do the hikes and bike riding we could when we were younger. This has proven to be just what we needed without the space requirements of free weights or the need to drive to a gym and having to compete for equipment.
