I recently purchased the gym fit and have used it 3-4 times per week.
It is very easy to navigate the exercise cards and the different attachments.
One small thing I have found is when raising the level of difficulty you must be very careful to always lift with your legs or you could injure the lower back. Maybe, over time, it will loosen up. Also, for the price, it should come with all attachments as I'm sure there is a huge mark up to purchase them.

I bought the Total Gym Fit and am very impressed with the quality, construction, and performance. I can do exercises on this that I could not do on competitor's models.
I am 6-4, 200 lbs.. and I can do the overhead (lying on back) pull ups and fly exercises. The FIT is very quiet and smooth to operate. The handles are very rugged. Super impressed with this machine. A little pricey, but well worth the investment.

I bought this for my husband and me with my christmas money. We want to grow old with a good "quality of life" and have hit middle age when things begin to go wrong health wise. we decided we didn't want to be the cause of it and if we could deter the health risks that run in our families then we would. I have major lower back issues, the Total Gym FIT is the only thing I've used that doesn't cause major back pain. The DVD's are easy to follow and enjoyable to use. I used to be a gym rat but had to stop working out when I injured my back, I can finally workout again after 10 years.
