I have had the Total Gym FIT for one week, and I am like a kid at Christmas!! I love it - simple assembly, easy, quiet machine to workout on, and allows me to workout at home when I want to. I hesitated on buying the machine, but customer service was excellent, and made it easy. I should have gotten the top of the line model, and very well may look into that!

The TOTAL Gym FIT is the BEST exercise machine I have ever used ,it is fast ,fun and easy to use. I am 55 yrs. old and I am starting to see my abs for the first time. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who is serious about getting into shape. THANKS TOTAL GYM

I bought this machine two months ago and have had some very good workouts. For my needs it has fit my schedule and been easy to use. I have used several larger systems in the past but find I enjoy not having to move large attachments around less time consuming. Collapsing and setting up the unit were tricky at first and might be for some until you know were the pins are. Minor issues for me overall.

I have been using TGF since last 2 weeks and I am enjoying it! Easy to set up, doesn't take too much of space (folds if needed), very quiet and smooth to use, and gives a really good workout. Totally worth the investment and I highly recommend it!

Easy to use, great work out

It's easy to learn the work out moves for this gym. It's also easy to modify the moves to make them harder or easier in just a few seconds by moving the ramp higher or lower. Results are seen quickly because the areas of your body that you are working are isolated with the moves. Very motivating and easy to get an all over body work out in a short amount of time.
The only learning curve is setting it up if you're not able to leave it down in the ready to use position. It's great to be able to put it way in a small amount of floor space.

I have owned the FIT model for about one month. My 13 year old daughter is into swimming and likes the way it helps to strengthen her arms and shoulders. I like that it works well for a 6'4" guy who also does CrossFit.
