I purchased this total gym because it can accommodate my weight. The ease of using the equipment is helping me to acclimate from very easy exercise to gradual complexity. I am already seeing a difference in the scale by simple stretching exercise. To say the least I am very happy with this purchase.

I took a leap of faith and bought this after reading great reviews. I compared it to other home gyms and the FIT waste winner. I've joined gyms before and then only go a few times- waste of money. I'm tired and out of shape so when I get home from work the last thing I want to do is go back out. I have pets so going straight after work is a no go as well.
I've had it about a month now, I put it together myself although I needed help getting it upstairs. I've been watching YouTube videos and doing a variety of exercises. I have only been doing it 2-3 times a week but I'm currently changing my diet which I believe will make all the difference. It's fun and easy to use, I have no regrets about my purchase.
Seems to be well made so I hope to have it for many years to come.

After UPS losing my first total gym and then still not finding it, customer service shipped me a new one. I got it today and put it up in about 10 minutes. I jumped right on and had to play with it. All I can say is that I'm gonna have so much fun getting into shape. I'm already feeling the burn.

The Total Gym Fit is the single best piece of exercise equipment I have ever seen. You can do exercises for all areas of your body. Setup is quick and easy so you don't waste time with equipment setup. The machine stores easily as well, which is great for me as I am using it in a small room that is our TV room. The ease of use has given me more incentive to work out consistently. I look forward to using the machine every other day and feel great afterward and the next day. I weighed 275lbs when I got the machine 3 weeks ago and have a goal of losing 60lbs. The Total Gym Fit arrived in one box and required no tools or extensive setup, just take it out of the box, read the instructions, watch the CDs, and start exercising. I love it!

I became familiar with your product while I was working out at my gym. (Ad on TV) I was experiencing a lot of pain that wasn't subsiding after 48 hours. The gym was always busy unless I went at 3:00AM. After receiving my total gym I began using your start up workout program and noticed I wasn't in pain. At age 59, I've owned multiple pieces of workout equipment over the years to try to maintain a healthy, strong core after having back surgery in 1985. This is the absolute best and easiest to use piece of equipment I've ever owned. And best of all, I'm able to workout without creating more back pain! The Total Gym Fit along with my normal core exercises, crunches, pelvic tilts,etc, are shaping my abs like never before. My new goal is to have a 6 pack by 60! Maybe that's not a big deal, but since I've never had 6 pack abs, seeing them even slightly taking shape for the first time in my life when I look in the mirror is very motivating. My shoulders, arms, and chest are more muscular with more definition as well. And I've only had the Total Gym Fit for one month!! The only thing that I ever built up on previous equipment was dust!
