I have been using the Total Gym Fit for a month and I love it! It is easy to use and the workout programs are fun to follow. My grandchildren are also using the machine, they even find it easy to use. My strength and flexible is better. The weight is slowly decreasing, I have lost almost 15 pounds!

I owned the first Total Gym model that came out. I used it so long the wheels on the board finally fell apart. I now own the new FIT. I have started utilizing the work out DVD's that came with the unit. So far, I am pleased with both the unit and the supplied work outs. Changing from one work out to another is quick and easy.

32 years old and in great fitness. Purchased at recommendation of wife's chiropractor. Weight bar addition can convert this to a legitimate gym replacement for those with superior leg or upper body strength. If used at high tempo, there are real cardio elements available too. Slam dunk solution for those of average upper and lower body strength, should be used vigorously in proper form. Running shoes, push up bars, and my total gym are all the equipment I need.
