The total gym ab crunch is a versatile and fun accessory. I can hit every area. I just got the total gym for Christmas and It is a great machine for a full body work out. I bought this with the intent of getting back into shape. It has provided me with the necessary tools to accomplish this goal. I love every exercise and have tried most. I like that I can vary the type of exercise for each muscle group. The pulley system is very smooth and it is very simple to change exercise and muscle groups. The only negative aspect is the squat attachment is just not large enough.
