I haven’t had the total gym long enough to give it 5 stars, but so far I have found it very effective. My husband said that it was more challenging than he thought it would be. It was easy to set up and the instructions on how to do the different exercises are easy to follow. Like anything, you just have to stick to it and develop a routine. I look forward to many years using the machine and building up strength and endurance!
