I’m loving my Total Gym. I use it mainly as something I get on at night while watching TV and don’t feel like just sitting still. I use TG to supplement my usual workouts, which focus mainly on my lower body and cardio. I have definitely seen a big difference after adding the TG, especially in my upper body and core.

We are both in our 70's and have used our model 1100since we got it. It is ONE FANTASTIC MACHINE. PERFECT for home use. No gym member ship necessary.
If this one breaks we will certainly buy a new one.....even at this age.
