37 year old male here, and like so many others I wish I had bought this a decade ago. It's hard to believe a single machine could be so effective and useful, but it is. I researched home gym products for about a month and realized, there's a reason this one has been around longer than me. It works. Make it a daily habit and, whatever your fitness level, you can improve and maintain it.
