I was skeptical but I couldn't beat tbe price. With the pandemic I am working at home and sitting more than I didin my office. I get a great workout with this. I watch one of the workouts online and it's better than the gym.
The equipment was already together. I am just struggling with figuring out all of the attachments. I figure I will find a workout that uses the rest of them and I will know how to use it. The only downfall is the place that the book gies came out of the box broken.
