My husband and I got this n February. It was well packaged and fairly easy to set up. We have it in a carpeted room, so it does not slide easily. However, we leave it set up and only adjust for our individual workouts.
Neither of us had been very active for the past few years, so this was a perfect way to get back into a routine. I am using it almost every day. It’s challenging and fun. We have watched the dvds, as well as used the cards. At the end of the day, I have mixed and matched to work whatever muscle group needed.
To me, the best thing is, I don’t have to drive anywhere to go workout.

I have wanted to do this for myself for so long and finally did it. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I am very happy with my Total Gym Fit. This is already helping me in my weight loss journey. Years ago, I used to go to the gym, today I love having the ability to have the gym in my home. I also took advantage of the payment plan, it actually helped me to go forward with my decision to give this gift to myself. In case anyone is on the fence because of age or size, I am a 59 year old, 4' 10" inch woman heading back to 100 pounds! I also have a number of attachments and 1 more to go to have a complete setup. I couldn't be happier!

I have used a total gym since 1988 and decided to upgrade from the original model. I purchased the Total gym Fit and I love it! The videos and workout deck is an added plus and I love that I can afford this new model with the easy, affordable monthly payments. I just wish the foot straps were fleece lined or padded.
