Awesome machine for those with arthritis

I bought the Total Gym Fit because I was running out of options to exercise. My weight was 320#s, and I need knee replacements. I also have severe rheumatoid and osteo arthritis, I needed something that was easy on my knees, unlike a treadmill. This is perfect, I find myself stretching and working the machine at least twice a day. I can get addicted to this machine. It's perfect for those that have a hard time getting around due to weight or arthritis, I love it!
