Love my total gym. I'm one that would do anything to avoid a workout. Not only have a worked out almost every night since I purchased but its fun and easy to do so. Total Gym sent 6 video's with the purchase but I've found just as many on you tube to watch and learn from. The fit has so many excersises to choose from. Totally satisfied to date with my purchase.

Bought this for my son who has a disability with his legs and he absolutely loves it. He uses it everyday and has encouraged the rest of the family to use it as well. Couldn't of ask for a better machine.

We have a small apartment and thought it would be very easy to store and pull out everyday. I was wrong. It doesn't move around very easily. Folding it and unfolding it can be a task. Adjusting the height isn't very smooth. Once it's all setup, using it isn't very difficult and works overall, but it wasn't enough weight for me. The platform for the squat and other leg exercises is too small to be of any value.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I live in the north of ontario so I'm use to orders taking a long time to get here. Not the Total Gym I go it in record time. It was super easy to take out of the box and install being a women I only had to call my husband once and only because I just could not figure out how to lift it into place. Its a no brainer once you know. I'm using the beginner tape three times a week for the past three weeks and my work out is fun with just the right amount of challenge. I really look forward to my workout days and I starting to feel a lot better. Recovering from breast cancer this year the exercises are also helping my shoulder stretch out. I have gained a lot move movement in what was like a frozen shoulder. I just love it and so will you.
