I really enjoy the workout. As a Military OfficerI have always worked out in a gym to stay in shape but was tired of spending so much time at the gym. I wanted an effective piece of equipment that I could use at home. My wife and I purchased the Total Gym and really enjoy it. It is a great home gym that allows you to work your entire body. My wife and I have noticed our bodies are more toned and leaner since we began our workout. we have since canceled our gym membership.

Overall I am pleased with the Total Gym fit. It's a little more cumbersome setting up and taking down, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier. The wealth of information that comes with it makes exercising on your own terms very easy. The exercise cards are my favorite, easy to follow and actually makes strength exercising more accessible and fun.

I love this gym! I always seen the commercials but honestly thought it wouldn't work for me because I have had previews bad experiences with other gyms. This one is so easy to use and is really smooth. I don't dread working out at the house anymore! I totally recommend this gym!

I have try to work out many times at gyms or I have bought other work out equipment. I have an bad back that gives me many problems when trying to do anything. I found that the total gym is not so bad on my back. I think using the cable pulling and using my own weight is helping.
