Exactly what I needed, and wanted!

Living in Chicago, it's so hard to be motivated to go to the gym on cold mornings. The Total Gym gives me everything I wanted in a home gym, saves me money on membership to the gym that I hardly use in the winter and I have no excuses not to use it. I can't get over how shapely my shoulders, arms, chest and back have become in a short time. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. I wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Great Addition To Our Fitness Routine

My wife and I are both fitness enthusiasts. The Total Gym Fit has been a welcome addition to our home workout routine. While we still use our other equipment, (e.g. treadmill, free weights, floor exercises), the Total Gym has added a whole new element to our training. The smooth operation and ease of moving from one exercise to another, makes our Total Gym workouts fun and effective. One of the biggest advantages off the TG is the range of motion you can get without stressing the joints. I have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility since using the Total Gym. The quality of the TG Fit is great, and the accessories and DVD's that accompany it are awesome. The workout DVD routines will challenge you regardless of your fitness level. We are very happy that we made the investment and purchased the Total Gym Fit.

i use my total gym once a day for.core strengthing...i was hit with an.ied in fallujah iraq and have limited mobility, but the total gym is the best excersise equipment i have ever used since my.injury...thanks for designing a low impact simplistic excersise equipment apparatus...

Purchased my Total Gym Fit several weeks ago, and I can't be happier and feeling more fit than I have in years. I've been athletic my entire life, but with life being life, I went wayward. Now I am committed and thrilled to challenge myself back to a fit body! It's taking time to adjust to each attachment, but I'm moving forward to learn in a safe manner. Thank you!

The ab Or "abdominal crunch" accessories that one has to attach to the total gym can be a great tool to developing strength and a more toned tummy. Its a good piece if equipment.

I bicycle over 1000 miles yearly. Unfortunately, the cold winters in Kansas prohibit me from riding my bike 2 to 3 months out of the year. I bought the total gym to not only fill this gap, but to help strengthen and tone the rest of my body. What I like best about the Total Gym and the Ab Crunch accessory is that the exercises are non impact. The Total Gym is easy to set up and use in my living room and fold up then store away when not in use. I have only had this for about a month, but I already love it.
