Used it a few times and I love it so far. Wish they would consider/think about people with disabilities. I have MS and it’s a little hard for me to use by myself. There are a few things I would add/fix to help people like me so I could use it on my own. It was easy for my husband to set up and I would recommend this to anyone.

Bought this during Covid to help replace the gym without having to buy so many weights, and I LOVE it! I use it most days of the week. I enjoy all the trainers and the various workouts. Hands down best piece of workout equipment I have ever bought!

Now that I'm in my 70's, balance, flexibility and core strength are more important than ever. The Total Gym FIT allows you to do everything from yoga style flexibility stretching to functional resistance and weight training. It tones and strengthens core muscles which greatly aids balance. And because you're lifting your own weight by means of the cable system, multiple positions and range of motion is possible. Excellent machine.
