Awesome workout machine!

I'm a 59 year old male, with end stage kidney disease. I just got activated to receive a new kidney but need to loose about 20 pounds before the surgery. I just started using the machine and love it to the moon an back. Makes working out much easier since over the past 5 years my muscles have declined. Cross your fingers for me.

I've been using my Total Gym Fit everyday for about a month now since I received it and I am most impressed with it. I have to admit I was skeptical at first but after my first workout those thoughts were eliminated. It's a great piece of gym equipment that's easy to use and works great. Easy to assemble and use. Great for all levels of users. My only complaint is, I ordered some of the accessory pieces and their was no instructions on how to connect them, it was a little bit of a guessing game. Overall so far so good. It’s perfect for me who is getting back in to working out after years and also for my son who had been going to the gym daily before COVID.

I bought the Total Gym Fit over a month ago. I want to preface this with I like it and do not regret my purchase, BUT I have a few issues; There is some assembly, definitely review the start-up DVD before opening the box - it will save you some frustration and time - I wish I would have. They make it look easy when folding up the Gym, I still struggle with it each time. Be prepared when following any of the workout DVD's to allow for changing your settings on the Gym, this does take additional time. I'm sure, as I get more proficient with the Gym that will go smoother and quicker. I finally got a real workout in the other day, it takes time to get used to all the steps involved and adding and removing accessories. I know this review sounds like maybe the Gym is a pain, but I truly believe it was worth the money and with practice we will come to LOVE the Gym. I also purchased the pilates accessories along with a DVD. Go with the accessories, but the DVD was boring. I will find another video to do pilates on the Gym.

After years of wanting a Total Gym, I purchased one six months ago, spurred on by my inability to use my gym due to Covid. The Total Gym FIT is a superb piece of exercise equipment, and I have had many down through the years, including ski machines, treadmills, rowers and multi-station olympic weight training setups. The Total Gym allows me to engage in vigorous resistance training without the percussiveness of free weights, which were beginning to bother me due to the combination of my age (64) and the fact that I still needed heavy weights for a truly vigorous workout. I really love the workouts on Total Gym TV as well. The Total Gym allows me to really push myself without the worry of injury, and I get a great aerobic workout as well as great strength training. The machine is high quality and the customer service is superb as well.The price is totally reasonable for the value you get. Don't delay as I did. Grab a Total Gym now!!!!!
