I just received my total gym about 3 weeks ago and I LOVE it!!!!!!! I use it about 4 to 5 times a week for about an hour at a time. I find I get a total body workout!!!!!! Could not ask for anything better!!!!

I’ve had it about a month now and workout about 4 times a week on it. It’s a good smooth machine but I am concerned about one spot on the frame. I don’t know if it’s just a scratch or a crack but it’s something to keep an eye on. I wish I would have gotten one of these sooner. Overall I like it.
