It truly is the hype. I’m 29, I researched long and hard and chose the Yellow Fit model. I don’t think you will go wrong buying this if you’re serious about your health and wanting to increase your strength. Me and my husband love it. He said it was “genius”. I love how low impact it is on your joints, the glide board is awesome. I love doing squats on it! The muscles I’m engaging on my thighs without the stress on my knees is definitely genius. I can see my arms getting toner, and I feel more able bodied. Not to mention it’s so easy to put on the various attachments to the machine, and love that it comes already built. No fuss. I remember reading other reviews saying “I just am sad I never bought this sooner,” and I agree with their sentiment.

Great Replacement

I bought the Total Gym FIT to replace a similar unit from another company that had worn out. I am very pleased with the FIT, as I can do most all of the exercises I did on the old unit. The FIT is very well made and the setup is fairly easy for a 75 year old. I replaced the Nylon Strap Handles with the Chrome Handle and like them much better. They should be the standard handles for Total Gym.

I love it!!!!!! I love that fact that I do not have to go to a gym after work. I love that it interchanges easily. I love that I can change up my workouts every week, as I get bored easily. It's a great piece of equipment. I highly recommend!

So I have severe scoliosis in my spine and I've been inconsistent pain for the last 20 years and I've had chronic pain in my lower right hip and since I've been using the total gym and getting those muscles to work, the pain is starting to subside. This was absolutely smartest investment I've ever made.

This is a sturdy & well-made piece of equipment. It’s also very quiet during use. I’m still learning all the different exercises that can be performed using the Total Gym FIT Signature Series Plus. I’m super excited to try the Pilates kit attachment. If your like me and find that getting to the gym is a challenge, I highly recommend trying this equipment. It’s so convenient!
