The reason I didn't give it a five was for the following two reasons. It took two weeks to get it so the 30 day trial was not accurate, more like 14 days. Some of the included DVD instructionals are damaged.

This is my second total gym, after having the first one for ten years, I gave it to my daughter, and just bought another one. The total gym is by far the best exercise equipment on the market. It has all the exercises that you need, and all are easy to get into. If you have never owned a Total Gym, you will not go wrong by purchasing one.

I enjoy using it. It's very smooth. I can do exercises without stressing my joints. The machines is again very well built there is no flex what so ever. Welds look nice and clean. You can change a target area just by changing hand position, arm movment.Other changes are almost as easy. Every this sets inplace and or pints with ease. I am very happy with it. I use it!
