I am almost 60 and was in search of a way to strengthen and tone my weakening upper body. I found the best product around when I ordered the Total Gym! First, it fold up nicely and its footprint is small; I keep it in the corner of my living room so that it's easily accessible. The Total Gym unfolds and sets up quickly, even for this gramma. It is a breeze to move through the exercise routines, one after another. I love the choice of levels as the machine is able to "grow' with your growing muscles. I feel like I am getting the best work-out I have had in years. I feel my strength returning to my upper body while it is sculpting all areas. It's easy to create a routine for ones self or the videos that are provided target problem areas and are easy to follow. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner!

We received our Total Gym one month ago. We ordered primarily because we had a very high level of difficulty getting away top the gym. The initial good news was that it is "right there" and we began using it, just a little every day. The ability to work out every body part without difficulty through very simple positioning changes is incredible. The next level of GREAT news was the strength and flexibility improvement that came much faster than we expected. Now, we are on automatic and don't miss an opportunity to get a solid workout in each day.

I have wanted to try Total Gym for years. I have gotten to an awful weight and just need to get healthy. Right out of the box, I was excited. My son and I did some exercises on it as soon as we set it up and it was wonderful. I wasn't able to view the Start Up DVD for a few days, so my attempts to use one of the attachments were a bit hilarious but worked out fine (disclaimer from me: Don't do what I did, especially if you have no experience with gym equipment prior to Total Gym).
My only difficulty - which is totally expected - is getting myself properly situated on the glideboard since I have a very long torso. Otherwise, I am loving it, can work out in any room in the house (except the bathroom) and love the way the glideboard moves so smoothly.
PS - The Ab Attachment is kick-butt... seriously... 5 reps in and I had abs, again. WHEW!

I love My Total Gym! I have already lost several inches and toned up in a fast and fun way! I bought the Total Gym as a Mom Make Over and I have to wait in line to use it!
