I enjoy working on my gym and use it almost every day for about 30 minutes. It is very easy to adjust to make it work at the appropriate difficulty for me. There are so many variations of movement available that it's not boring. My husband is enjoying it too; he works out for longer, of course at a higher angle than I. We are both 84 years old, and the Gym is a big part of keeping us healthy and strong.

Make sure to watch the setup video FIRST! If you haven't worked out for a while, like myself, the weight of simply adjusting the level was very difficult. Since setup, I can't keep my 28 year old son off of it!
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Quiet
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Really Big

I love the Total gym! I get a good cardio & strength training workout all at once. I truly was skeptical about the Total gym, thinking it was like every other info. commercial that makes claims how great it is. Only to get it home and it's junk. The Total Gym is everything it claims to be. Sometimes I would not be able to get to the gym because of my schedule. Now there is no excuse. I can get a great low impact workout under 30min
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Quiet, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up

only a month,but we are in love with the TG. The workouts are great.and although it's only a short time we already can feel the difference its great especially for the abs. arms,butt well everything ladies. The men love the TG they all want to look like Hercules, and quite frankly I want that too real soon Easy to put away after each use. We should of gotten the TG a lot sooner, but glad we did.Good investment.

The only reason I did't give it 5 stars is that I still have to do the work myself .. I really enjoy this part of the equipment. Makes it easy at my level.... and as I get stronger I can make it harder by raising the level.

Great accessory for doing ab crunches on my new Total Gym Fit that I just purchased. Thank you Total Gym for coming up with new ideas to keep us fit.
