The only thing I have to say is I wish I should have order "The Total Gym" years ago. This is the best workout machine ever!!!! especially for a sixty years old female with bad knees. I have been working out for 10 -20 minutes at least 3 to 4 times a week. My knees and strength have improved a great deal. I can move and have not taken any OTC pain med my pain have decreased a great deal. This is the best purchase I have made concerning my physical fitness. Extremely happy with my purchase.
