My second Total Gym - this one is an upgrade

I have owned a much older version of the Total Gym for many years and been using one for a long time on and off. I like the Total Gym because it is convenient and allows me to workout at home without having to drive to a gym and deal with the conditions of machines there. I wish the accessories that come with this model could be installed and kept on the Total Gym so it be easier to change workout routines. I do like that this Total Gym is wider than my older model and seems much more stable. I do think it is a bit pricey. I do like the large food pad on this model for leg exercises! Seems good quality and lot of improvements over my older unit.

We had a Total Gym about 15 years ago but didn't use it much. Bought the Total Gym FIT because we were getting noticeably less strong in our 70's. This latest version is easy to use and the programs easy to follow.Feel stronger and better after just a couple of weeks. An excellent investment.

Great machine, trying to dedicate time to use it is a little challenging. Would recommend to anyone! Built well, A+, and if you get a letter of medical necessity, you can pay for this with your HSA account and write it off your next years tax return. Shipping was quick and efficient. Putting it together was ok, could use better instructions for loose parts.
