This is exactly what I needed. Offers a vast amount of different exercises with 12 levels of resistance. Comes with lots of attachments and instructions in the box. Very sturdy, sets up and folds up easily for bedroom use.

A month before my 70th birthday I was laid off, grossly overweight, and. . . I found myself in the hospital with pneumonia. I had 3 operations to clear the fluid out of my chest. When I got out of the hospital I needed a walker and cane to get around the house. I would love to have gone to the gym but it was closed due to covid. So I took a leap of faith and purchase my Total Gym. I quickly found that I could perform more exercises on my Total Gym than I ever could at the gym.
I now workout almost everyday. I no longer use the cpap machine due to weight loss and improved breath. My son and I take long hikes at the harbor and in the hills in So. Orange County. I really think that I am in better shape that I was in my 40's. I sincerely believe I am understating what having Total Gym in my garage has done for me.

My husband and I bought the Total-Gym because we recently cancelled our gym membership due to the pandemic. My husband saw the infomercial and had me watch it, I must admit I was skeptical, we have bought in-home work out equipment in the past only to be disappointed with the quality of the equipment, the ease of putting it away or out of sight and the lack of an effective work out. The Total-Gym totally surprised me, it provides an excellent work out, it's easy to fold up and put away and it is high quality equipment, the kind you would find in a gym! I also like that they provide you with such a variety of exercises and everything from posters, to videos on their website of the exercises. You won't get stuck in a rut or bored with this machine. It takes some getting used to getting on and off the machine, and grabbing the handles or pullys from behind you once on it...you have to have some sort of flexibility to do this. I wouldn't recommend this for people who may be extremely overweight and have limited agility or mobility. Overall my husband and I love it, it's worth the money if you don't want to go to the gym.

I love my Total Gym Fit! I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 as a piece was broken in shipping. It doesn’t effect the function of the gym so I didn’t push the issue. But, since I paid a lot of money for it I feel it should’ve reached me in perfect condition.
