I now own two total gyms. 0ne at my primary residence and one at my vacation home. Working out at home due to covid concerns. Using you own body weigh reduces the risk of injury versus free weights. Love this gym setup and highly recommend it!

I upgraded to the Fit and I’m so glad I did. The glide board wheels were defective but I contacted customer service and they were quickly replaced. I get a great workout 6 days a week.
