I love my Total Gym! I had knee surgery due to an injury 3 years ago and although the pain is so much better the function was only about 70% which caused me to abandon my old workout routines, so if course, my weight has increased over those years. With the Total Gym, no pain in my knees with working out, in fact I have increased my range of motion and strength in both legs and now have little to no pain with walking and I can get off the floor with little to no struggle (which was a huge problem!).
I cannot imagine not doing it on a regular basis.
Although, I have not loss any weight, yet I am definitely stronger and losing inches and know eventually weight will begin to fall.
Thanks Total Gym for such a great machine!

The gym is a very enjoyable way to get some exercise, and I am noticing a difference in stamina and blood pressure after just a few weeks! Their customer service is incredible! I had a minor issue, which I think may have been my fault, but they went above and beyond any expectations I might have had to be sure I was totally satisfied.
