This is my second Total Gym. After 25 years of use It was time for a new machine! I placed my order and before the week was over I was unpacking it which was super easy. I love all the teaching videos and charts. I hurt my back over lifting at work so this is my rehab tool - I’m looking forward to being good as new soon. I am confident Total Gym is the perfect way to go as it works my whole body in ways my physical therapist taught me - they have Total Gyms too!

Purchased the Tota Gym FIT about a month ago and I've enjoyed using it. If you purchase one of the gyms that you read the directions or look at the video before you try to set it up. If you're not careful and holding on to the rails it could fold down very fast once you take the pins out. It is actually enjoyable to use the gym so that makes it easier to work out more consistently.

the last one i bought was a series 1000. had it until 3 years ago. this one is even sturdier. and the exercise cards are amazing. loving it. the only thing was that i was anticipating the pull up bars to look differently. what i saw in the write up it looked like one piece. whereas these are 2 separate pieces . i love this product. used the other on faithfully until the bearings went out just over 3 years ago.
