Bought total gym about month ago very happy with item. Delivered as promised and pull out of box ready to go. I was little worried because I'm big man 6'3" 390 lbs. But works perfect for me and if to difficult just lower bench height. Very sturdy machine

My husband and I bought this a month ago; we are both 60. It is low impact, which was what we felt we needed at this point in our lives. It is very easy to change the resistance height and the attachments. We love how we are able to adapt the exercises to fit our own individual needs. You aren't limited to a certain number of exercises like we had with a weight machine we had previously. Although we are only slightly overweight, we were both in terrible shape and it was pretty pathetic to see us get off the glideboard between exercises. Sometimes we just literally rolled off onto the floor. We have both gotten so much stronger and more flexible in just a month. It's fun to use and we are glad we have it.

Just upgraded from our very first TG purchased over 15-years ago. This unit is much smoother, easier to adjust, has better attachments.......everything you'd expect from a newer model. The workout on this machine is phenomenal. Add a couple of dumbbell exercises and you can get a better workout than you'd get at a club (without the wait, mess, noise, etc.). Don't wait!
