I have not used it as much as my husband, but I enjoy not having to leave my home to get a great workout. It is a little heavy to move, but I will be making one of the rooms in my house a workout area, so I won't have to move it again.

I have been working out on my Total Gym FIT everyday for the past week & half for 1 1/2 hours a day. Already I am seeing results. In the past I have had memberships to several gyms & consistently worked out, but my Total Gym by far has been the best. Resistance training, mixed with Pilates & core training will help me reach my goal that much quicker. Plus my husband which has never been to a gym, loves the Total Gym! With the workout DVD's that came with the gym I have my very own personal trainer & I can train with one of several depending on my mood for the day. I highly recommend this gym to anyone young or old, athlete or just starting out.

I bought this at the beginning of the year and I am very happy. I haven't been able to use it much because I have been sick a lot this year, but the few times I have used it, I could feel the burn during and after the workout. I even felt the burn a few days after the workout. The only thing I would say is bothersome, would be when I climb on the seat, it tends to move out of the track and i have to realign it and hop back on. But otherwise it is a great machine and i look forward to using it for years to come!

My teenage son and I have really enjoyed using the Total Gym Elite at a gym with a trainer for the past couple of years. When it came time to thinking about purchasing one for working out at home, the Elite was a little out of our price range so we opted for the Total Gym Fit. It arrived within a few days of ordering, was very easy to set up, and we are VERY pleased with it. It is a great at-home reasonably priced alternative to the Total Gym Elite. It is well built and sturdy, everything moves smoothly, and as a bonus, we received a pile of workout videos and workout plans to allow us to vary our workouts.
