I purchased this total Gym to help me with my recovery from double Full Knee Replacement. I was doing exercises at therapy that i couldn't do at home and didn't want to join a gym for only 15-20 minutes a day. So far I LOVE IT. There were some issues with shipping/delivery, but once I received it I have used it every day and have even now order the cycle attachment so that I can improve even more!! This will also help in my weight loss goals!!

I bought the TG Fit a few weeks ago. It took me a little time to figure it out, but it isn't hard. I watched the initial video which helped. I've worked out on the machine maybe 5 - 6 times and I'm really impressed so far. I think the piece of equipment is well-made. I have been using the cards that come with the machine, but yesterday I did the beginner video. It was easy to follow and a great workout. What I like is you can do as much or little as you want. You can make it harder or easier. I have bought quite a few videos from the TV, and I've never found anything that works that I feel is safe. I know it is a little investment, but when I figure what it would cost me to join the gym I was looking it, in one year, I would have paid the same as purchasing the total gym. Oh, and my husband bought a total gym years and years ago (like 20 years ago or when it was first produced) and he swore by it. That total gym is now gone and replaced with the Fit.
