I use the equipment every other day. I only had it a month & still look forward to my workout day I also have noticed my abs already tightening. Cant wait for my year later photo. Gonna try to stick to this resolution. I think it is doable.
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet, Addictive, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy

I found that going to the gym still seems to work better for me. However, I live quite a distance from my gym now and this works great when I am unable to go to the gym. I also have some injuries that make it hard to do certain exercises on the Total Gym Fit.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Easy Storage, Strengthens, Quiet, Sturdy, Easy To Use
Cons: Gym Workout Works Better
