Great workout

I love the total gym fit but its to hard to pull up when I have completed my workout. The safety pin are not good. I spend to much time try to let the total gym out and put it up so that is what I do not like about it. I am going to try a different model this new model is not working for me
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet, Easy To Use, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Set Up

Great Machine

We have purchased the Total Gym Fit, just a few days ago and find the machine great to use. We have a few muscle that hurt but know using the machine they will come around. We both feel more energized just after a few days. Great Machine Total Gym for such a great product. We are going to order the Cyclo Trainer on Monday.

I love the TG it has helped me to get motivated to exercise again. Its easy to use and I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I am excited to work out when I get home from work. thanks Total Gym

This product has allowed me to be able to do some exercising . Because of my health it wasn't possible to do . Now I have the opportunity to lose the weight me and my Doctor wants . Thank you !

I started using a total gym after having two total knee replacements,I wanted one after using it, using the DVD's has added so much to the work out.

We use our Total Gym often - almost daily between all of us. The ability to make the adjustment easily between my husband and my 11 year old son is awesome. Storage is also great and easily done. The only thing this is missing is child care to keep the 1 and 2 year olds off it lol. They can't wait to be able to do it. :)

Great workouts

Was worried it might not be all it is advertised to be. Very satisfied. It is a sturdy and comfortable workout machine.I leave it set up in my bedroom and workout 20-30 minutes a day. it's easy and simple yet very effective. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I have been weight training for over 30 years and this is truly one of the best pieces of equipment I have ever used. As I have gotten older heavy weights are not as much of an option, the Total Gym is the perfect substitute.
