I'm so glad I purchased the total gym. I love the fact that the resistance is my body weight adjusted at inclines that meet my current workout level. I am at the very beginning but have plenty of room to grow.

I wanted to try the Total Gym due to a back injury that has limited my ability to lift weights. Using the Total Gym I have been able to workout more consistently.

I have been using my Total Gym since Dec. 2, 2013 with a healthier diet and have lost 10 Pounds already. It is easy to use and quite. It is easy to store and does not take much room. I can't wait to see how much Weight I can lose in a year.
