I use the product 3 to 4 times a week. that is so far the only change I have made and can see a difference in the change of my body.

We bought this a month ago and are enjoying it. The exercises can be varied easily by adjusting the level of the incline and the ability of the user. Easy set up and take down - easy to use. One downfall is it is not as easy to use for my husband who is 6'4", it is a challenge for him to fit into some of the positions.
