Bought for my wife she uses the total gym and so far is satisfied it is a good choice Came recommended Would like to have found a couple of extra accessories come with it. When reaching for the ones given for the workout cards. It was dissappointing to stop the workout to find them not included. I.e. The leg extension She really wanted to strengthen there. Thanks for all your help in getting this machine to us so quickly. We will have to order the necessary attachments

The gym arrived on Thurs. 1/19. I have been using it about every other day. I may get discouraged for a second because I have a lot of work to do and at 61 losing is more of a challenge. I feel so much better even being overweight and needing to lose at least 40 lbs., that is not my main focus, feeling better, clothes fitting better and having more energy work for me now, I will get there the gym keep me motivated, the more I use it, the more I want to use it. I bought this Total Gym Fit on the payment plan every month. It came very quickly to my house, one week, and it was simple to assemble and use. In fact, there was no assembly!! It is also light enough for me to take upstairs to my exercise room. As for the exercises themselves, very easy to do and I am seeing results!! I bought this machine to rehab an injury to my shoulder and arm(pinched nerve). The total gym has allowed me to stretch and my numbness in my arm is all but gone. No lie! This machine is fun and a perfect compliment to my running routine. This is a must buy!!
