I like the gym. I don't like that the bench seat comes off the track sometimes. I am 6'0 with medium hair length and I've gotten my hair caught and pulled out in the pulley system. The bench could be a bit longer for taller people.

I bought this about a month ago and it was very hard just to get it out of the box and drag it to my bedroom where I tried to open it and set it up, but it was to long and did not fit anywhere in my small appartment so I had to send it back. It was a pain to get it back in the box with all the stuff that came with it. I never even got to try it.

TOTALGYM is everything it is claimed to be!!! I am in my mid 80's and have used it regularly since I bought it a month or so ago, although on Level 2 for most exercises. The beginning instructions have been wonderful. The videos not only demonstrate the exercises but also how to mount and dismount safely....very important for older folks!! I am getting a little stronger and a little more flexible with each use,.
