At first, I was skeptical until arrival of the Total Gym. No tools required for assembly of the unit. The Total Gym is similar to free weighs without numerous station changes. The instructional DVDs assist in the correct, actual performance of specific exercises. Overall, the Total Gym is the best value for your money!
