Excellent way to keep fit when stuck inside at home. The set up was super easy and it folds up easily to tuck it away when you want it out of site. I love doing the routines in front of my TV with the online workout videos.

Ordered TotalGym so we could exercise at home. A little hard to get set up but once done, it now sits in our air conditioned garage where we have tv and dvd to workout. It has proved to be a little challenging for spouse who has mobility issues, getting down to do exercise. It will take a little time to ajust.
