I am a disabled vet and are having challenges with getting on and off the gym, I think maybe on the making of future models it could be addressed by maybe having adjustable legs to make getting on and off easier and safer.

I dont know how i lived with out a total gym. received mine 2 days ago and i love it. yes its cost but it worth my health. Nothing comes close to a Total Gym Fit. thank you for this awesome product. very easy to put together nothing to it. just unfold it. but it is heavy. so i suggest getting some one to help you get it in the house. I was able to do it my self. but again it is heavy

Years ago, I owned one of the first Total Gyms on the market, but I never used it like I should have. I was too young and did put enough emphasis on my physical fitness. After all... I was young and in great shape, wasn't I? Well, I am now pushing 60 and realizing the error in my ways. Purchasing this new Total Gym is already making such a positive difference in my quality of life. I could not have made a better decision. Thanks!

I've worked out all my life....giving aerobic classes and just being very athletic since I was little. I'm 67 years young and a woman and have never given up exercising or being active for a moment.
