Great gym if you have the space to set it up & forget but it sort of a hasle to move it, cause when you fold it you have to make sure handles are out of the way or you're Gonna have trouble opening the unit back up !!!

I bought this about a month ago and wish that I had not. The videos that come with it are really outdated. I only weigh 115 lbs and can't seem to get enough resistence so that I even feel remotely sore the next day. I can do a Jillian 30 minute video and feel every muscle the next day. Very disappointed. Now I know why almost everyone in the commercial is over 60. Sending it back.

NOT fully assembled!!! In spite of all indications otherwise when ordering the Total Gym FIT and even printed largely on the box, this machine does not come fully assembled. It doesn't even come with written assembly instructions. You have to watch a video for assistance with assembly. As such, it is sitting in my basement exactly as I received it and I have not yet been able to use this equipment. Hopefully after Christmas, I will have time to watch the video and assemble my Total Gym so that I can begin using it.
