This is a great product. The platform glides smoothly and the tower is very easy to adjust. Me and my wife love it and use it daily. We had one of the original Total Gyms and the improved sturdiness and additional attachments make this new addition even better.

BEST PURCHASE! ⭐️ LOVE having the Total Gym FIT in my home for the ease of using it ANY time of day! Bought last Fall and impressed at how sturdy and well made it is! GREAT workout for strength training & cardio…..and you WILL see results if you just commit to using it!! Use it for 5mins, 15mins, 30mins or 60mins depending on the time you have. Quick session in my PJ’s in the AM to do arms or legs if I’m short on time or perform a full workout, if possible. I find myself leaving it open as it’s easier for me to get on it quickly, any time to perform a set. As a long-time workout person, I can attest that you WILL see results as it IS a great challenge for your body whether you’re already fit or are just starting out with a workout plan. Especially for women, where you can greatly, increase your upper body strength & muscle tone by doing key moves. As a former Runner, my knees are not great so standing squats are difficult but with the Total Gym FIT, I can easily do squats at a level that is comfortable and effective…..and am able to work my quads & glutes, very well! Also, I love the Pilates attachments to be able to alter my workouts. Best part is that I don’t have to get dolled up and drive 20 mins to a gym to get a fantastic, effective workout! Like Nike says “Just Do it”! ⭐️

I shattered my left elbow 30 years ago and am not able to completely straighten my arm like I use to. In turn, my right arm would never get a full work out whenever I use to exercise because of the injury to my left arm. This machine takes that injury into consideration and allows me to exercise and strengthen both arms, each to their own limit, without compromising one for the other. This is a fabulous machine and is a joy to use!
Pros: Quiet, Sturdy, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up
