The Total Gym has met or exceeded all our expectations! We are getting to know all of its features and are looking forward to stronger, more flexible bodies. My husband is 1.5 years out from bilateral lung transplant and is using it to to getting in his best condition since was in his 30s! Me, I'm aiming toward looking like Christie Brinkley! ;) Our daughter has recently worked quite hard to lose excess weight and is in toning mode now.

Awesome machine! Will definitely get my money and body's worth for years to come! Wasn't difficult at all to assemble and like the fact that it can fold up, which makes it very convenient when not in use. Accessories that came with it are great, too! Including the start-up DVD and diet plan. Happy I received the larger squat platform with my purchase. Really nice that I can use it for both strengthening and also cardio. All in one machine!
Look forward to getting my program started right away!
