Great piece of equipment. Easy to set up and transition between exercises. It works muscles I have never been able to get so effectively. Especially outer and inner thighs and buttocks! Originally purchased to incorporate with cardio workout but finding I can get excellent cardio and HITT in with TG alone. I have been wanting one of these for years and never purchased, now I regret all the years I went without it! I look forward to working out every day, even if I can't do a full workout video I can hop on for 20 min and do something to continue forward progress. Fan for life!

Hi,I recently purchased a total gym fit. I like it,I had a much older model,so I'm not new to what total gym can do. With the fit I can do much more because of the quality of the machine,from the much larger squat stand to all the different attachments. So keep working out and have fun with it,don't be afraid to experiment with your total gym. Sincerely Leon

The only shock is when this very large heavy box shows up at your door. Beyond that, this is an incredibly well engineered and well built machine. Absolute top quality. I followed all the directions on how to unpack and set up the machine and had no trouble and I'm a 60 year old woman. It is weighty, this machine is the real deal so be prepared for the weight. It glides so quietly and the adjustments and changing accessories is so easy. I have bought additional accessories and they work so well. The bar is definitely worth adding as you can add your own weights to that. The dip handles are fantastic and install in seconds. I have worked out in a gym for years and I still find the higher levels on this challenging. I leave my set up all the time so I can use it as often as I want. I use it intermittently throughout the day just to take breaks from sitting for work and get my muscles moving. I can't say enough about this product, it's definitely worth owning and the quality is top notch. This is the real deal.
