I have not had my total gym fit for a month and I love it! I was diagnose with cancer and had to go on steroids, I went from 175 to 250 in a month. During my healing process I could not go to the gym and tried every home exercise equipment I could find but just had no luck. I saw the total gym commercial and asked my doctor about it. He gave it rave reviews so I took the chance and got it. From this first week I had it I could see a change. My clothes started to fit better and I had more energy. Now when it time to work out I can't wait to pull out my total gym ! If you can't get to a gym or if you have to take physical therapy, this machine is for you!!!!! Thank you total gym.

It's far to rare these days to find a product that delivers on it promise and then some. The Total Gym Fit is such a product. In two months I have become addicted to working out on it. And I was a person who had NO regular exercise routine for years prior. I am loosing inches while building muscle.
Another key are the Todd Durkin DVD programs. They have been the perfect way to get started and progress with Total Gym. Frankly, every new Total Gym user should have these. I have progressed to the intermediate program and try to do it 5 days a week.

I recently purchased a total gym fit because I have osteoarthritis in all my joints and can no longer lift heavy weights. With the total gym it does not put that pressure on my joints and I am in control of how much pressure is forced on my joints. This is the only way I can exercise and. It hurt myself. I love it!!
