Bought one when my son was one. He is 29 now, I still use it religiously and I cannot say enough about this piece of equipment. Nothing has ever broken!!!I All the times I have moved, this is the one thing I will never part with ever.

I just bought Total Gym and trying to use it on a daily basis is hazle due to cumbersome to move it from the room to the nearest closet. Also assemble the Total Gym is not as easy as the video makes it. I am Senior Citizen, retired and have pain on knees and waist. The accessories are fine but others are not easy to find out where do they go. Example some appear to be seat or neck holder.

I have been using the Total Gym for about a month now. I have gained muscle mass and lost weight. The workouts are very easy, can’t wait to get home from work to exercise. The setup was a little harder than I thought, but they include a DVD to help. The DVD really helped. The DVD also gives you a beginner routine, which is easy but effective. They also included numerous other DVDs with more advanced routines.
The quality of the equipment is great, never feel unsafe using it. This equipment has been a life changer.

I love my new total gym. I have been wanting to buy one for years. Now with my heath club being closed I needed some exciting new workout. I do a lot of Pilates and I can get a similar work out with the total gym. What I like best about using the T G is the non impact on my body. I can really feel my whole body being used. I use my total gym fit 6 days a week. my total gym is great , I don't have to go anywhere except my garage to use it in privacy. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it..
