I purchased my total gym years ago. Unfortunately I only used it a couple of months before the leather like material started separating from the base and sticky glue was just too awful to continue use. I'm not sure what to do with it since I can't use it. Very cheaply made.

Consistent Results

I have been using my GTS regularly for the last 7-years and I have not had any issues with it that have not been resolved. I general use it on mid settings doing 25 reps per exercise but have added weights to bulk up at times and I have always gotten the results I have been looking for. I weight 200 lbs fit and 220 bulk and have added 60 lbs in additional weights and on level 6 it performs exactly the way I need it too. I am actually giving it to my younger brother and upgrading to the FIT. If something isn't right with yours, call support and get it worked out, if you get a unsatisfactory response, ask to speak to a supervisor or call back and get another rep....every company has a bad rep now and then. This like any other piece of exercise equipment only delivers results based on your personal effort, actually anything will work if you use consistently. If you just did the basic routine 3x a week for even 3-4 weeks, you will feel a noticeable difference, I am 52, a C-Level Executive and a Veteran and for me, it is just about the most efficient piece of equipment and program that I have ever used, always reliable, predictable results. At my age, diet and 7 solid hours of sleep a night greatly enhance the results but I can still bench press 250 lbs twice under control and I do 350 ab reps a day with it which keeps me great shape....just ask my 34 year old wife ;-). So for those that have issues, resolve them and just do it for 6 weeks, you have nothing to lose and a great many things to gain. Anyway, my 2 cents

After watching youtube for setting up equipment, it was easy after that. Easy to use with youtube video as well. Able to focus on specific area besides the whole body. Easy use for those over 50.

The gym was larger than it appeared on TV. It was heavy & I had to get my husband to help me move it. Also it did not fit easily as advertised to fit under bed. My brother asked me to return it. I still have until 19 July to decide.
