I have used the Total Gym 5 times and have been impressed with the unit. It doesn't replicate an actual gym type workout but that is virtually impossible to do with one piece of equipment. I'm still learning the capabilities of the gym each time I use it. There are some exercises I can do more comfortably on the Total Gym than I can do at the actual gym due to two shoulder replacements. My main purpose for purchasing the Total Gym was the unknown of when gyms would be able to reopen due to the COVID issue. Since the COVID pandemic is far from over I suspect I will be using the Total Gym as a primary source of exercise in the future. As it is I'm finding it to be a very viable alternative to the gym. I have no regrets of making the purchase and look forward to using it in the future.

I haven't started all of my exercises yet, but the few that I have tried is going to give me the results I am looking for. Great machine, too bad I didn't know about it before now.

I had a total gym years ago when they were first introduced. I used it for many years and then stopped. I decided it was time to get back into it, especially with the COVID mess. I love this machine! I am in my 60's now and use it 3 times a week to keep in shape. I do still work full time as well.

I was excited when my Total Gym arrived, unfortunately the first time on it I threw my back out. Seems on the leg exercises for my Wt and age I had it on the wrong level. While on my 2 week recovery I watched many video's , the exercises etc. and Am happy to say I am Rocking it ! I suggest although excited to use right away, get educated. It is a great machine, and not easy by any means because you are using your own wt....which my Dr is 100% on board ! But i love it as well as my daughter. I get up every morning and for 15 min exercising then again after work. Weekends 3x each day. ( Just 15 min ) You will not believe the work out. SO much better than going to a gym.
