I've wanted a total gym for years. Finally asked my husband for one for Christmas. Of course, this is one of those things you don't want to spend your own money on, but really should. I got on the treadmill and watch the set-up tape and the introduction and the next day (yesterday) I did my first full beginner workout. I LOVE IT! My body is sore everywhere it should be and for the first time I really think I will hit my goal of losing 20lbs. I'm excited to go hop back on and do it again. It's not a machine you will get bored with because of all the different level and exercises. Plus, when you start seeing results, that is what makes you come back for more.
